Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on all items within India. International orders may have a small shipping fee associated with them. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery in India and upto a week for International shipments.


Return Policy

We are so confident about our garments, that we offer a 7-day Return Policy from shipping date, which gives you ample time to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If you need to return it for a genuine reason, we will happily provide you with a full refund. However, we can only accept products that are in a good and original condition. Our 7 Day return policy is only for online customers within India and does not apply to offline customers or International orders.

When we say you get your money back, we mean it!  If you need to return a purchase for a genuine reason, you get a 100% full refund with free return shipping


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is packed or dispatched. You can contact us regarding your order status.. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Please call our helpdesk for a cancellation. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.


How Do I Return Garment Within 7 Days?

You can return a garment by following these simple steps:

1. Once your package is properly packed and ready, let us know and we will immediately have the courier pick it up. In some cases we may request you to drop it to your nearest courier service provider. Please share the copy of the receipt.

3. As soon as we receive your item,  we will inspect and verify the reason for return; once the product return is approved your refund will be processed and will be credited back to you within 15 working days.  

This policy does not apply for International Orders.


Free Alterations

When your Made to Measure garment arrives it should be perfect. However, in the unlikely event that you require minor alterations, we provide you with several options within 7 days of you receiving the garment.

1. You may come visit our office. Our expert will measure you and pick up the alteration garment, which will be shipped back to you.

2. You can also call up our Customer Care team and choose an available time slot for our Travelling Tailor (if available in your city) to re-measure you accurately and pick up the garment for alteration.

3. Alternately, you can courier the garment to us and we will refund the courier charges as a discount coupon code for next purchase.
